ABOUT BEAR SMOKE BBQ

Bear Smoke BBQ was born out of over 30 years of cooking passion.  While BBQing for charity events, friends, parties and co-workers for fun; requests to buy their sauce grew steadily to the point that they decided to start bottling the sauce and bring their sauces to the public.  Each sauce is hand crafted in small batches with the highest quality ingredients to ensure that the quality of their products are always up to their high standards.  They proudly make all their sauces in North Carolina and like to have some fun while they do so.

Bear Smoke BBQ takes everything it puts into its products seriously.  It all started with the original rub and sauce.  The Original BBQ Rub No. 1 is a key ingredient in all of their sauces to create their unique flavour profile.  After listening to customers they added a sweeter version The Honey BBQ Rub and a spicy version in the Angry Bear BBQ Rub to provide something for everyone's preferred flavour profile.  They created the Bear Blend to be perfect compliment to a gorgeous steak but can be used on anything from beef to seafood to veggies. y do so.
